Bob Belloni Ranch offers services through three residential programs and one community based program in Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties. Our services for referred youth include a structure living environment, residential behavioral rehabilitation treatment, crisis intervention, physical, emotional, and mental health screenings, individualized education, employment training, outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, independent living skill development, individual counseling, medication management, and sex offender treatment.

Both professional and non-professional staff are involved in program development and modification. Each program of Bob Belloni Ranch works as a team to ensure that our clients are receiving effective and supportive services. In-house trainings as well as off-site conferences are offered frequently in order to keep all staff educated about the best ways to support the changing needs of our youth.

In selecting the most qualified person for any specific job description,  consideration is given to education, experience, aptitude, capacity, knowledge, character, physical fitness, and length and quality of service as the duties may demand.  You are encouraged to provide complete information that demonstrates your qualifications to perform the duties of the job for which you are applying on the employment application.  Job descriptions are available for all open positions.
